This Privacy Statement informs you of our privacy practices and of the choices you have regarding the way your information is collected online and how that information is used.

1. What personal information do we collect and for what purpose?
A2Z Adventures collects several personal data in order to perform the services requested by the user. For example, to receive our monthly A2Z Adventures newsletter, e-mail, name and interests need to be provided, while for booking a trip, complete personal details (including birth date, personal address and others) need to be provided. Personal information regarding diet and health issues are only used by the tour leader for your safety in case of an emergency.
A2Z Adventures will not share your e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, personal address or other data with other companies, organizations or individuals, without your explicit consent.
A2Z Adventures does not share your billing information with any other companies or organizations except to process your credit card for your A2Z Adventures trip payment.
A2Z Adventures may share your name, nationality and birth-date to contract your personal trip insurance.

2. Website navigation
Each time a user visits our website, navigation information is collected by our servers. This information is aggregate and anonymous. It gives us information such as the number, frequency and duration of visits to each web page which we use to improve the content and navigation features of our website. A third-party cookie such as the Google Analytics Advertising Features may also be placed on your computer that will collect information about your visit to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Usage of such cookies is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

3. Who has access to your information and to whom is it disclosed?
The access to all personal data is only granted through UserId/Password to a very well defined group of users. These users typically are: the A2Z Adventures manager acting as controller of the processing of personal data and the A2Z Adventures administrative team dealing with your booking.
No personal data is transmitted to third parties, except name, nationality and birth-date for insurance purpose and billing data in case of credit card payment.

4. How can you verify, modify or delete your information?
In case you want to verify which personal data is stored on your behalf by the responsible controller, have it modified, corrected, blocked or deleted, please send an e-mail to webmaster@a2z-adventures.com by explicitly specifying your request.
Special attention is drawn to the consequences of a deleted request, in which case any trace to be able to contact you will be lost.

You will also visit Perito Moreno Glaciar and Torres del Paine National Parks, and cross the Beagle Channel in zodiac boats to reach Ushuaia, in Argentina. Trekking Los Dientes: Puerto Williams | Laguna del Salto (4-5 h)
Walk from Puerto Williams to Laguna del Salto by the narrow old forest trails of Navarino Island.

Trekking los Dientes: Laguna del Salto | Puerto Williams (4-5 h)
Walk back from Laguna del Salto to Puerto Williams (approx. 4-5 h).

Return walk, without backpack, climbing to place where you can have a clear view of the three Paine towers.

Trekking Circuit del Paine: Las Torres | Dickson (34 km / 21 mi | 8-9 h)
You start early to walk between Las Torres and Puesto Seron (4 h). In the afternoon we hike to Dickson hut (hot showers available) (4-5 h). This is a long but rewarding day with incredible views, entering deep the wildlife areas of the National Park.

Trekking Circuit del Paine: Dickson | Los Perros (4-5 h)
Walk between Dickson lake and Los Perros camp, through dense forests and crossing the river. Just before your day destination camp site (hot showers available), you pass by the Los Perros glaciar base.

Trekking Circuit del Paine: Los Perros | Grey (6-7 h)
Start the day uphill from Los Perros, until you get to John Garner pass from where you have the most fantastic view over the almost complete Grey Glaciar. You still have a long way to go through the forest that surprisingly lays beside the glacier until we get to the Grey Hut (hot showers available).

Trekking Circuit del Paine: Grey | Pehoe (3-4 h)
An easier trekking day from Grey hut to the lake Pehoe shore where a nice hut (hotel style, hot showers available), but not less interesting with different viewpoints to lakes and glaciers along the way.

Pehoe - El Calafate
Lake Pehoe navigation (boat transfer not included). Van transfer to El Calafate.

Prices and itineraries shown for trips departing in each new year may be subject to change. However, if you have already booked a trip departing the following year and the trip price subsequently rises by more than 10%, you may cancel with a full refund.
